The short version

Manch is a public-beta canvas product run by Eleven11. Use it to think, draw, and present. Don't use it to attack people, to host illegal content, or to abuse the free-tier limits with automated traffic. We can suspend workspaces that do.

What you agree to

• You own the boards you create. We don't claim any rights in your content beyond what's needed to host and serve it back to you.
• You won't use manch to host phishing, malware, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal in the country we operate from (Germany, where the servers live).
• The free plan is 22 boards × 11 members per workspace. Automated bulk signup or scraping is not allowed.
• We use share-links you create to allow anonymous viewers to see those specific boards. You can rotate or delete a share-link at any time.

What we promise

• Best-effort uptime — manch is in public beta, not a 99.99% production product. We'll tell you on the site if anything is broken.
• Your data export is available. Delete-on-request honoured within 7 days.
• Free for now. If we add paid tiers, existing free workspaces get reasonable grandfather terms. We'll announce ahead.
• We will not train AI on your boards.

No warranty

Manch is provided as-is, without warranty. We're not liable for losses from outages, data loss, or anything you build on top of manch. Keep your own backups for important work.
